Product Description

1. General

  HGS Vermiculite Board is the main raw material of expanded vermiculite, mixed with a certain proportion of inorganic adhesive, and processed through a series of processes, it is a kind of plate with high temperature resistance, fire prevention, environmental protection, heat insulation, sound insulation and no harmful substances. After high temperature heating to 1200ºC, it does not produce harmful gases to human health, and the combustion performance reaches grade A.

3.Application
1)Industrial furnace construction for thermal insulation.
2)Hot face directly in the furnace and backup insulation.
3)Widely used in Aluminium Melting furnace, Steel ladle, tundish, torpedo ladle, glass melting as backup insulation.
4)Household appliances: Night storage heaters, Boilers, Hearths, Vessels and tanks.
5)Fireplace linings, hot stove.
6)Resistant to CO and CH4 atmosphere;
7)Non wetted by fluid aluminium, kryolite and flouride.

6.Storage
Vermiculite Board must be stored in a cool,dry place .To prevent moisture penetration .packs which have opened should be sealed again as soon as possible.
