2.Calcined Kaolin CK-2000 for Physical and Chemical Properties:
1). Color: the color of kaolin is white or nearly white, and the highest whiteness is more than 95%.
2). Hardness: the hardness of soft kaolin is usually 1-2, while the hardness of hard kaolin is sometimes 3-4.3. 3).Plasticity: plasticity means that kaolin is crushed and kneeled into mud ball with appropriate amount of water. Under the action of external force, the form can be changed arbitrarily without cracks.
4). Dispersibility: dispersibility means that kaolin is dispersed in water and suspended in the state of nature, or called suspension and deflocculation. Kaolin is easy to disperse and suspend in water and can form a stable and good suspension.5, electrical insulation, kaolin has a good electrical insulating performance, 200 ºC when the resistivity is greater than 1010 Ω, can be used for cable packing.

6). Cation exchange capacity. The cation exchange capacity of kaolin refers to the total amount of cations exchanged by kaolin under the PH value of 7, including exchangeable base and exchangeable hydrogen, with the unit of mmol/g, that is, the cation exchange capacity exchanged per 1g dry sample is generally 0.03-0.05mmol/g.
7). Refractoriness: kaolin is chemically composed of Al2O3 and SiO2, so it has excellent fire resistance with a refractoriness of 1770-1790ºC.

Calcined Kaolin CK-325 must be stored in a cool,dry place .To prevent moisture penetration .packs which have opened should be sealed again as soon as possible.
